Administrative Council

Meets: 7:00PM, 2nd Thursday of
Jan., Mar., May, Jul. (if needed), Sept., Nov.
The church (administrative) council shall function as the executive agency of the charge conference.

Board of Trustees

Meets: Last Tuesday of Each Month
The board of trustees shall have the supervision, oversight, and care of all real property owned by the local church and of all property and equipment acquired directly by the local church.

Evangelism Committee

Evangelism is sharing faith with others particularly with those who are unchurched, or disconnected, and inviting them to follow Jesus Christ as Christian disciples. It is also reaching out to help those in our community with a need, whatever that need is. (Top)

Finance Committee

Meets: As Announced
The committee on finance shall compile annually a complete budget for the local church and submit it to the church council for review and adoption. The committee on finance shall be charged with responsibility for developing and implementing plans that will raise sufficient income to meet the budget adopted by the church council. It shall administer the funds received according to instructions from the church council.

Parish Relations Committee (Staff/Pastor)

Meets: As Announced
The duties of the committee shall include the following:

  1. To encourage, strengthen, nurture, support, and respect the pastor and staff and their family.
  2. To promote unity in the church.
  3. To confer with and counsel the pastor and staff on the matters pertaining to the effectiveness of ministry; relationships with the congregation; conditions that may impede the effectiveness of ministry; and to interpret the nature and function of the ministry.
  4. To confer with, consult, and counsel the pastor and staff on matters pertaining to priorities in the use of gifts, skills, and time and priorities for the demands and effectiveness of the mission and ministry of the congregation.
  5. To provide evaluation at least annually for the use of the pastor and staff in an ongoing effective ministry and for identifying continuing educational needs and plans. (Top)

PR (Public Relations) / Programs Committee

Our goal is to reach out to the community and make them aware of the events of St. Paul's. We also support new projects/programs within our church that will appeal to the community.  St. Paul's wants to show the communtity how we are all working together for Christ. (Top)

United Outreach

Meets: 3rd Monday at 7p.m.
Our purpose is to be more involved in mission through prayer, study and action. To experience growth and renewal in our relationship to God and our community.
Our projects include an annual Filling Sale and Easter Candy Sale. (Top)
